EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Since our company adopts unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you receive is under the guarantee of our company. Our company is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. We continue to fulfill this obligation.

 

Do open and check the packages that you think may be damaged during the shipment in the presence of the company representative. Should there be any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery of the product by attaching a report of damage to the carrier company. Please note that after the delivery of the product, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties. Return of used and damaged products are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product to the condition it was delivered to, and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use.

 
 The original packaging,  factory labels must be preserved for the return.
 
EXCHANGE

In order to exchange the clothing, you need to order a new product on our website and issue a refund of the unsuitable one..

Due to the special production of the products, every online purchase requires the buyer to specify their size. For unspecified orders, they are produced and sent according to the size they have already been accepted and ordered on the internet. Refunds / exchanges of products shipped within this framework are not accepted due to ‘body incompatibility’.

Return and exchange of damaged products and its original packing are not accepted.

Exchange without the original issued invoice is not accepted.
 
REFUND
 
The buyer has the right to reject the Goods at any time prior to its transfer, at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier and after its transfer – within 7 calendar days. The refund of the amount paid by the Buyer is carried out in the same way that the payment for the Goods was made​,  after the Buyer receives and check the condition of the Goods . (Customs process for returns takes between 15-20 days )

Damaged or defective products at the time of delivery of the order can be returned by filling out the return and exchange form. Returns are made through the E-commerce department.

There is no refund for products that have been modified, or tailored in any way. The right to return damaged or defective products opened and controlled during the cargo company delivery is reserved.

Our company does not cover the cost of shipment due to this process.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: 
 
To make a refund, contact us by phone:  +905330487232   or by e-mail: petrovacollection@hotmail.com  and Our consultant will send you a refund application form .  The application for return of the Goods shall be filled in the form provided by the Customer Center, electronically and attached to the returned Goods, signed by the Buyer  .Contacting other transport companies than DHL does not guarantee the safety of the goods and their proper delivery. By using other courier services, the Buyer is responsible for the proper execution of obligations by such services and safety of the goods. 

The Customer shall return the Goods with all parts and full set of accessories specified in the documentation for the Goods. The Returned Goods shall be packed in a safe way for delivery.

 Refund of product without the original issued invoice is not accepted.

The taxes and expenses paid at customs (customs duty, value added tax, excise and compensatory taxes etc.) arising from the delivery of the service delivery are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the issue of refund. The customer proceeds with this acceptance.
